at 3:30, we will have a chef demonstration from Matt O’Neil, executive chef from the Blue Ox, and sous chef Rob Worsly will be accompanying him. I would like to note that the Blue Ox in Lynn won the North Shore Magazine’s readers’ choice award for best new restaurant.

From 5:00-7:00, we will have Folk/Pop/Bluesy/Singer Songwriter Matthew Scott. Check out his MySpace page and see what he has in store for you.

As for what produce you might be in store for? How about Paula Red and Zestar Apples (Cider Hill), fairy-type eggplant (Clark), cantaloupe (First Light), Maxixe (Brazilian) cucumber (Flats Mentor), hot peppers (Gibney), Cubanelle peppers (Long Hill Orchard), yellow pear tomatoes(Maitland), cousa -Middle Eastern Squash- (Simone), raspberries (Wally’s), and much much more.
