The 2018 application is now available for downloading and filling out!
Applications are due Saturday, March 17 – mailed to Salem Farmers’ Market, c/o Salem Main Streets, 265 Essex Street, Salem, MA 01970.
The health department form must also be completed for any prepared foods (and returned to us, not the City). When in doubt about whether the health form applies to your product or not, it’s always best just to complete the form!
This year’s market will run from June 7 to October 11.
