An old-world cave built into our hillside in Topsfield, MA will allow us to craft aged artisanal cheese to feed our community.
It looks like the cave is being put in. They need help with “building a retaining walls, regrading and installing the shelving and other cheese aging equipment inside so we can start adding cheese.” it is a good video, explains a lot, and their ambitions are big. Check them out, maybe even donate a few bucks. With Kickstarter, a little does go a long way.
