Northeast Harvest is a collaborative project of the Essex Agricultural Society and the Essex National Heritage Area. They have a page that gives you some great info on Massachusetts blueberries. They will let you know what make for a great blueberry (gray blue is good, some red means it is not quite ready.) There are tips on storage (they like to be free, and open to the world.) You’ll learn why they are, in fact, an antioxidant superstar, and also the any farms that grow blueberries.
Thursdays | June 11 through October 15 | 3-7PM on Derby Sq.
