Coven & the Meat

Some people have asked where the meat that Coven is bringing is coming from. I am here to answer that question. It comes from Ioka Valley Farm.  From their website:

Quality Beef Raised in the Berkshire Hills. Ioka Valley Farm natural beef is pasture raised, spring thru fall months, supplemented with our own ground corn, raised here on the farm, for extra energy. During the winter months the animals are housed in a loose housing, free stall environment with free choice hay, and ground corn all grown at Ioka Valley Farm.

They are working in conjunction with Northeast Family Farms.
