Eating with a Purpose

What really struck accord with me was using real food. We can add vitamins and minerals to food products, but there are thoughts out there that say adding Vitamin C to something isn’t the same as eating, for example,  an orange. That perhaps the other pieces to an orange are just as important, and that perhaps it is the Vitamin C and how it interacts with the rest of the fruit that is just as important.

When is a soup not a soup, in my humble opinion? I would say when it’s made with dehydrated crystals of vegetable, meat, and monosodium glutimate, in a packet or bouillion cube.
